Guest comments	free transfer from ferry was very convenient. good location, but hotel was under renovation during my stay so very loud and inconvenient. hotel bar was quite good, breakfast was at additional charge but had good variety.

Guest comments	we changed to another hotel the next day and the price was the same and the facilities were 7 star against the holiday Inn , would not stay there again, lobby looks impressive but the rest is in need of upgrade, the restaurant had nothing we asked for and then mixed all the meals up and was really second rate.
