Guest comments	Great hotel, recently refurbished. Asked for a room facing the Petronas Towers and got one. Would definatley use again. Great value for money and great location.

Guest comments	the hotel location is very good, close to shopping mall. but the check-in procedure is slow. We only can check-in to the room at 4pm instead of 2pm.
