Guest comments	Convenient location with lots of food outlets and retail stores. Only one train station from and to KL Sentral. Front Office staff not very friendly. F&B staff are a bit aloft expecially in the morning rush hours for the breakfast buffet. Trust me, they will not clear the tables - never know the reasons why?! After staying there for just 2 days, you will know the entire breakfast buffet spread. Housekeeping staff are very approachable and friendly. Overall, do not let the poor service distract you, but enjoy the convenience and great location instead.

Guest comments	Good hotel located right in mid-Valley shopping centre. Access is very good. Meals are mediocre in hotel, but there are a lot of opportunitie nearby.
